Our house, a modern semi-detached home, is located in a family-friendly residential complex with a total of eight units, right in the heart of the authentic village of Budens. The houses blend harmoniously into the well-established surroundings thanks to their traditional local design. The central courtyard is landscaped with hedges and an abundance of flowering plants. On hot days, the large swimming pool offers a refreshing way to cool off. Visitors with children should be aware that access to the swimming pool is not secured and the pool is not supervised.
The house is equipped with modern amenities, up to date with current technology, and thoughtfully furnished to make you feel at home. Underfloor heating in all rooms ensures cosy warmth during the cooler months. Thanks to the nearby Atlantic Ocean, air conditioning isn’t necessary – external shutters provide effective shading from the sun, while ceiling fans offer a pleasant airflow at night.
The ground floor, which includes the living and dining area, kitchen, and a bathroom with shower (not wheelchair accessible), is step-free and easily accessible. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the morning sun – tucked behind a hedge, yet only a few steps from the pool.
Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with bathtub, and a combined office/bedroom with an adjustable-height desk and two single beds. The large balcony offers sunshine for most of the day.
